This is where DSA builds the actual submission. Every component is structured against funder evaluation criteria — not just written to "sound good."

• Full narrative draft: Problem statement, project design, goals and objectives, methodology, and sustainability plan
• Budget package: Detailed line-item budget with narrative justification and cost allocation methodology
• Logic model: Visual framework connecting inputs, activities, outputs, outcomes, and impact
• Evaluation plan: Data collection methods, metrics, timelines, and reporting structure
• Support documentation: Letters of support, MOUs, organizational charts, and compliance attachments

Everything is internally reviewed before delivery. Nothing leaves DSA without a quality check.
